Summit of Seven Boys and Men Conference Eastern Florida State College Scholarship Application 2023

Eastern Florida State College has donated two(2) $1,000 scholarships to the Summit of Seven Foundation, Inc. Boys and Men Conference. One Male and one Female shall be selected to receive a $1,000 Scholarship to the college.

Download the Summit of Seven Foundation, Inc. Boys and Men Conference Eastern Florida State College Scholarship Application and save the document to your device. Once all of sections have been completed, email the application to the addresses listed on the form.

 The deadline for submission is May 6,2022

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Must be enrolling or enrolled at EFSC to apply to receive funds (High School graduating Seniors should apply)
  2. Both male and female applicants are eligible to apply
  3. The students must use funds within the school calendar year awarded
  4. Must also apply for scholarship in the EFSC Titan Awards system (Information will be provided upon Scholarship award)
  5. Academic merit which includes Grade Point Average (GPA) 2.0 and above
  6. Have school transcripts submitted ONLY if requested by Summit of Seven Committee
